Operating as an SDR within The Rinna Group’s internal sales team, I prospect and engage early-stage startup founders to generate top-of-funnel pipeline for a revenue consulting firm focused on building embedded SDR systems for startups.
Key responsibilities include:
* Running cold outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings with startup leaders
* Using tools like Apollo, Instantly, and AI-driven personalization to optimize outreach at scale
* Executing against a structured SDR playbook that includes sequencing, objection handling, and lead qualification
* Leveraging account-based strategies and intent data to identify high-fit prospects
* Collaborating with leadership to iterate on messaging and targeting based on real-time feedback
* Completing industry certifications in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound prospecting fundamentals
This role provides direct experience in early-stage B2B sales motions while reinforcing repeatable SDR infrastructure strategies that startups can later adopt in-house.
